The menus will be using organic local seasonal veg, creative dishes making traditional festive food plant based and delicious!

SAMPLE MENU 1- Traditional. SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Starter: 

Orange glazed tempeh on a bed of winter leaf, orange + balsamic dressing, pickled red onions, Orange to garnish and micro coriander. 

OR  organic seasonal soup with Sourdough. 

 

Main: 

Crispy roast potatoes with sea salt, Miso lentil and nut roast with thyme, cranberry sauce, maple glazed carrots with coriander, balsamic braised sprouts and braised red cabbage with caraway, roasted garlic gravy

 

Dessert:

Platter / selection of our made vegan cheeses (tofu cream cheese + chive, smoked cashew cheese), pickles, chutney, red currants, mushroom lentil pate, our made vegan butter and toasted sourdough

For afters:

Mulled apple juice

 

SAMPLE MENU 2- Alternative- SUBJECT TO CHANGE 

Griddled filed aubergine  with minted labneh, pink pickled turnip, sesame roasted kale


Main:
Boconut bacon, Mascarpone, Roasted Beetroot, Walnut pesto, Orange and clove infused oil 

Dessert:
Crème de châtaigne,  - date caramel - cashew cream cheese-  served with sourdough 

Vegan tiramisu

Mulled apple juice or chilli hot choc
